Team Development Switzerland | TMS & Equine | Berg Global Consulting

Berg Global Consulting combines an accredited team diagnostic and classical team building with an arena where behaviour becomes observable.
Team development that starts with data and ends in observable behaviour.
Your leadership team functions. And something in it costs energy: decisions that take longer than they should, meetings that end without landing, two people who deliver less together than either does alone.
Step one: classical team building, built on the profile.
Dorothee Berg is an accredited Team Management Systems (TMS) practitioner. Each team member completes a Team Management Profile; on that basis the team works through a classical team-building format — where work preferences overlap, where the friction has a name, and what the team agrees to change. A recognised framework, a shared vocabulary, a baseline you can revisit.
Step two: the arena.
A profile describes preferences. Presence is what the team actually experiences. In a half-day session at an equestrian centre between Geneva and Lausanne, each team member works with a horse — on the ground, no riding, no equestrian background required. The horse responds to what is actually present: posture, micro-signals, the gap between what someone says and what their body carries. Immediately, and without regard for hierarchy.
What this is not.
No ropes course. No incentive event. No mass rollout. Built for leadership teams with concrete friction — in groups small enough that every person is seen. If you need an activity for eighty people, this is the wrong offer, and you will hear that in the first conversation.
Practical.
TMS profiling and team building: on site or remote. Arena session: between Geneva and Lausanne. French, English, or German — also mixed. Fees per mandate, on request.
The first conversation is 15 minutes, free, and without obligation.
Dorothee Berg is an accredited Team Management Systems (TMS) practitioner and spent twenty years at CFO and board level. The horse provides the feedback. She provides the translation into the organisational reality your team goes back to on Monday.
